Strategic Planning Resources

Strategic planning is an intentional and ongoing process by which congregational leaders identify future priorities for their congregation based on its mission and take the steps necessary to implement those priorities into the life of the congregation. Check out the publication, “Strategic Planning,” to find helpful recommendations, ideas and resources, published by the Center for Congregations, an Indianapolis-based organization that supports faith communities by offering advice, workshops, speakers, resources and events in Indianapolis and online.
