Identify and Address Bullying in the Church

While the media reports frequently on incidences of bullying in American schools, scant attention has been given to the presence and impact of bullying in faith communities. Not limited to the youth program, bullying is a characteristic of too many adult interactions. In an article and audio file linked through the Center for Congregations, a resource to help Indiana congregations address their challenges and opportunities, church coach Eddie Hammett provides tools by which to recognize bullying in the church and tips on how to manage church bullies and minimize their impact.
