On Church-Related Higher Education

In an effort to help new faculty acclimate to the role of teaching at a church-related college, Stephen Haynes started the Rhodes Consultation with assistance from the Lilly Endowment. Selected junior faculty agree to lead a sustained faculty-level conversation at their institutions on the topic of teaching as vocation. Though faculty frequently approach these conversations with caution, these discussions often turn into treasured opportunities.
